Magnesium is an essential micronutrient for rest, relaxation and sleep. Most of us don’t get the recommended amount through our diet. 

Apply 5ml to 10ml to your skin at bedtime for your daily dose of magnesium, helping you to relax and drift off to sleep. It is absorbed gently throughout the night, helping you get to sleep and stay asleep.

We use the purest Zechstein magnesium chloride, harvested from a primordial sea over 250 million years old and untouched by human activity and pollution.

Our formula is PROBIOTIC and VEGAN. We only use sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients and organic where possible.

Aqua (Water), Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) seed oil*, Magnesium chloride (Zechstein ultra pure magnesium), Garcinia indica seed (Kokum) butter*, Olea europaea fruit (Olive) oil*, Sorbitan olivate, Lactobacillus ferment, Lactobacillus, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) oil*, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil*, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) fruit extract, Linalol*, Limonene*, Geraniol*. *Denotes organic ingredients.


How to Use: 

For optimal results, use as part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Gently massage  5/10ml onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, chest, temples, legs and feet. For soothing aching muscles and joints, massage into affected area.

Cautions:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. We recommend a patch test before use.

A really amazing, smooth magnesium balm that smells great and works really great too !! I’ve used it for about a month and I’ve been having the best, really deep sleeps, and am waking up feeling very well rested !! I also apply onto my back when it aches, which I find really helps too

Gorgeous creamy light balm!

Really creamy and light magnesium balm. It’s a pleasure to dip in to! I have been applying it to my feet and legs in the evening for 2 weeks now after getting some horrible whole leg cramps. I’ve not had another cramp since then and applying it has been a relaxing nighttime routine. My daughter also loves having it applied to her feet and it seems to help her relax. The smell is really nice (lavender and frankincense) but also subtle. Fantastic product!
