About Sleeple

Having studied Neuroscience at The University of Edinburgh, Kate Gray started Sleeple to provide simple sleep solutions and advice for people to be able to take back control of their lives.

Many people don't realise that they have an internal body clock and circadian rhythms, nor how important they’re proper functioning is, for wellbeing and for protecting against age-related diseases.

Our aim is to support robust and regulated circadian rhythms to improve sleep and wellbeing.

Bringing brighter days and restful nights, honouring our evolutionary body clock which keeps everything ticking in time.

Examples of age-related diseases known to be exacerbated by circadian rhythm disruption range from Alzheimer’s to depression, diabetes to cancer and many more.

Disrupted sleep is a major symptom or indicator of a dis-regulated internal clock, and contributes to further disrupted sleep.

Our products and advice help you sleep through the night, preventing exposure of the eyes to light pollution (blue-light), be it from LED street lights, lights in your home or from screens. This protects your pineal gland’s production of melatonin at night - the sleep hormone, antioxidant, multifaceted anti-cancer agent, immune system regulator, master hormone, and circadian rhythm regulator.
