About Sleeple

Having studied Neuroscience at Edinburgh, I became fascinated by how our modern lifestyles are impacting our ancient physiology. I started Sleeple to provide simple sleep solutions and advice for people to be able to take back control of their lives.

Many people don't realise that they have an internal body clock and circadian rhythms, nor how important they’re proper functioning is, for wellbeing and for protecting against age-related diseases.

My aim is to support robust and regulated circadian rhythms to improve sleep and wellbeing.

Bringing brighter days and restful nights, honouring our evolutionary body clock which keeps everything ticking in time.
