Unwind while nourishing your skin and body with our Dreamtime Magnesium Balm, infused with lavender and frankincense and specially formulated with anti-oxidant melatonin as well as magnesium.

Melatonin is arguably the most potent anti-oxidant known. For the skin it has both anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. It strengthens the skin’s barrier improving hydration and resilience.

Magnesium is an essential micronutrient for relaxation and restful sleep. The majority of the western population are magnesium depleted. Our balm allows natural elemental magnesium to be absorbed directly through the skin, throughout the night.

Apply 5ml to 10ml to your skin at bedtime for your daily dose of magnesium.

We use the purest Zechstein magnesium chloride, harvested from a primordial sea over 250 million years old and untouched by human activity and pollution.

How to Use:

For optimal results, use as part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Gently massage 5/10ml onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, chest, temples, legs and feet. For soothing aching muscles and joints, massage into affected area.
